Return & Exchange Policy
We ONLY ACCEPT returns of certain products which caused by the products of BODASADA and third-party transportation companies, including:
- Any product that is damaged, is leaked, is defective, is missing parts or is incorrect.
- Any product that is not matched with ordered color, size or model
- Any product that is already expired.
Return & Exchange Procedures
If any product meets the above return policy, please be sure to return the products to us within 7 days (according to the received date), and the products return application after 7 days will not be accepted.
Please note that we must check and verify the products before returning and exchange. If the situation is found to be inconsistent with our return & exchange policy, all goods will not be returned, and Staytuned.online will not be responsible for returning the goods.
- Please contact us as soon as possible, and please properly package the defective, damaged or incorrect product and attach the delivery note to us.
- Return to the office of BODASADA: 2206-dong 402-ho, 163 Wiryegwangjang-ro, Songa-gu, Seoul, Korea
- We will arrange to ship the goods again according to the delivery method of your order, and will not add any shipping charges.
- In case the returned goods have been sold out, we will refund to you in the original payment.
Package
All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition.
Most of the goods are wrapped by bubble wrap and packed in a carton box and they are inevitably slightly collided during transportation. If the surface of the package is slightly sunken, scratched, wrinkled or stained, it will not affect the quality of the goods and will not be accepted as a reason for the return or exchange, we guarantee that the products are genuine.
